1) Customer Support

Role:

• Provide efficient and sincere (timely, helpful, empathetic) assistance for customers with their queries (on orders and products) by coordinating with the backend (admin/logistics) team.

Skills:

• Should possess good communication skills and be proficient in Kannada and English.
• Ability to understand the customer sentiments (empathy) and respond to them sincerely.

Desired Experience: 1-2 Years

2) Store coordinator

Role:

• Be a desirable representation of the brand.
• Assist the customers in a friendly, sincere way and manage in-store sales.
• Handle customer payments at point-of-sales, help with packaging customer purchases.
• Efficient managing and organizing of store inventories.
• Coordinate with the backend team to manage stock, procure and organize inventories as per sales trends.
• Be empathetic and assist the customers with their requirements.

Skills:

• Should possess good communication skills and be proficient in Kannada and English.
• Should be empathetic with customer requirements.
• Should possess knowledge of handling point-of-sales transactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale tools like PosBooks, etc would be good to have.

Desired Experience: 1-2 Years
